FAQ's
No, we don’t have any minimum orders but on your first order it is preferable to order at least for a full team, i.e. 11 garments of one type and one fit. These can be in a mix of sizes.
I have a repeat order. Can you make the same garments again?
Yes, we can. We keep your records on file and can reproduce orders to the same specifications. We do however reserve the right change fabrics as part of our policy of continuous product improvement. Also, please be aware that we cannot guarantee to match fabric shades which may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is down to the dying process which has a small tolerance for variation in colour.
Once you have confirmed your order and supplied us with all the necessary quantities, sizes, artworks, etc. we will commence your order immediately. Production takes approximately 4 weeks and we aim to deliver in 5 weeks but please allow up to 6 weeks.

As your order is made specifically for you with your personalisation, we require full payment when you place your order. If you have ordered with us previously, we may accept a 50% deposit with the balance payable on delivery.
Your order will be delivered by courier who will need to get a signature from you or from anyone else available at the given address as Proof of Delivery.
Yes, you can! Once your order is received, we will confirm this by email and issue you with an official order number. We will also give you a WhatsApp number that will enable you to contact our production team directly at the factory. They will update you on the progress of your order and once the order is despatched, they will also provide you courier details and a tracking number to check when you will receive your delivery.
We can accept artwork in several different format files such as pdf, eps, jpeg, png, cdr, ai, bmp. If you are unable to provide us with artwork then you can send us a good quality colour photo. If you are still struggling with this then send us some hand drawn artwork which we will reproduce for best embroidery or print. Please remember that the better the quality and definition of the artwork the better the final embroidery or print will be on your garments. Our Teamwear Specialist will always be on hand to help you should you need it so relax. No need to panic!
Yes, we can. Embroidery files come in several different formats, the standard one being in DST format. We can open these and as long as you supply us with a sample of the embroidery or a good, colour image of the badge we can usually replicate the embroidery almost exactly as on any garments you may have purchased elsewhere.
Sublimated garments are made using a process known as sublimation printing. This technique allows complex and fine designs in an infinite number of colours, shades and graduations to be heat transferred onto a suitable fabric. The printing is dyed into the fabric so it is permanent and it never fades or peels off. Our sublimated garments can be printed with as many logos and badges, individual player names and squad numbers as you like and in any customised design, with colours matched to your exact requirements. The price is fixed irrespective of how many logos you choose to have printed or how complicated the design might be.
