Stock Levels, Prices, Delivery and Product Development
Our products are offered subject to availability even though we custom-manufacture every order. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you.
Prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT at 20% or the prevailing rate on the day of order placement.
Orders are processed immediately on receipt. At this point we will advise you an anticipated delivery time. Personalised and custom-made orders can take up to 6 weeks to manufacture. Payment in full is required with order for all new customers.
We use reputable, national couriers to deliver your order to your chosen delivery address. Consignments are normally delivered the following day after despatch when a signature will be required from the recipient as proof of delivery.
Due to our policy of continual product development, we reserve the right to change, modify and delete items and services sold on this website without notice.
What if my order is incorrect, incomplete or goods have been damaged in transit?
If on receipt of your order you find that it is incorrect in any way, incomplete or any of the items are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will do our best to identify the problem and take immediate remedial action where necessary. Please note that if we have sent you the wrong item(s), we will refund your return postage in full. Items sent to you incorrectly, short of ordered quantities or replacements for damaged items will be despatched to you free of carriage costs.
We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 12 months. If you receive a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery and we will happily replace the item(s) or refund your money in full. We cannot however refund any carriage costs.

Any personal data will not be transferred out of the EEA. If you do not give us your consent, all information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party.
